NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION AS IT PERTAINS TO CANYON SWIM SCHOOL

1.  WHY IS CANYON SWIM SCHOOL CLOSED?

  • We are temporarily closed as of Friday, March 13, 2020, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and based on guidelines from the federal government, the state of California and local health agencies.



2.  ARE THERE ANY CASES OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) AT CANYON SWIM SCHOOL?

  • There are no known cases of COVID-19 at our swim school.



2.  WHEN WILL CANYON SWIM SCHOOL REOPEN?

  • We are hoping to reopen for session #13, beginning June 8, 2020, and all sessions beyond #13.
  • Please check our website often for updated information as to when we will reopen and when we will begin taking registrations.  Please DO NOT submit any registrations at this time.



3.  WHAT IF I SIGNED UP FOR A SESSION AND DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL REGARDING CANCELLATION            AND REFUND?

  • If you were enrolled in SESSIONS 1 THROUGH AND INCLUDING SESSION 12, you should have received a call and refund from us.  If you did not receive a call, please call us.  Refunds may take several days to post to your account.  
  • If you are enrolled in SESSION 13 OR BEYOND, you are still confirmed in lessons (as long as you previously received confirmation from us and you submitted payment).



4.  WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND RIGHT NOW FOR ANY SESSION BEYOND SESSION 12?

  • We will gladly give you a refund for the session you are currently enrolled in.
  • We are modifying our normal refund policy to accommodate concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19).



5.  I AM TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE AT CANYON BUT NOBODY IS ANSWERING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • During this temporary closure, we have limited office hours.  Please leave a voicemail message or send an email and we will reply within a few days.  If you need to reach someone urgently, please call 510-222-7992.
